¿Por Que No Crecen Los Gnomos? - Trabajo En Equipo

¿Nos haria daño escuchar una opinion no habitual?.

No hay culpables; solo oportunidades de aprender de los errores.

Tenemos un enorme potencial que desperdiciamos o utilizamos mal.

Cuando alguien trata de mejorar un proceso, suele ser complicandolo.

Si queremos trabajar en equipo, debemos escuchar las opiniones de los demas.

Ninguno de nosotros es tan bueno como todos nosotros.

Un equipo no necesita un jefe, sino un lider. Un jefe que manda rompe la capacidad de sinergia del grupo. En cambio, un buen lider la defiende y potencia.

Para que un equipo funcione, es necesaria una actitud positiva de parte de todos sus integrantes.

El criticado es quien convierte la critica en positiva o negativa.

Una buena critica constructiva debe ser directa y sin rodeos, y quien formule debe tener una actitud positiva, o sea, dirigida a ayudar, no a humillar ni a hacer daño.

No criticar ni ideas ni puntos de vista. Si algo no ha salido como esperabamos no es un fracaso, sino una oportunidad para acercarnos mas a la solucion.

Este Libro lo leei en vacaciones del año pasado es un libro muy bueno en donde habla como trabajar en equipo dentro de un grupo de gnomos, en donde normalmente tiene problemas hasta que llega un gnomo que trata de solucionar sus problemas haciendo que trabajen juntos para poder llegar al exito. Francisco Roca nos enseña las bases del trabajo en equipo, confirma que siempre el resultado de una labor conjunta es superior a la suma de los trabajos individuales.

¿Que es un amigo?

Un amigo en la vida practicamente lo es todo. Un amigo siempre esta cuando lo nesecitas sea algo con poco valor o algo de gran valor, nunca te deja en ninguna circunstancia. Es alguien que sea como sea, mal humorado, amargo, siempre va a estar y eso lo que uno nesecita para siempre sentirse apoyado y nunca solo, te hace sentirte fuerte en momentos en los que uno realmente esta mal y te saca adelante. Es alguien que si te tiene que bancarte en lo mas boludo, siempre va a estar hay aunque no quiera o le de verguenza o lo que sea, por que como siempre digo yo, para eso estan y estamos los amigos. La amistad se basa en muchas cosas como la confianza, la sinceridad, el estar entre muchas mas. Como siempre digo amigos en la vida hay pocos y hay que valorarlos por que esos amigos valen como oro o mas, sabes q son incapases de hacerte daño, sabes que confian en vos, que cuenta en uno para lo que sea. Un amigo te conoce perfectamente comos sos y es por eso que cuando te pasa algo sin que le digas se da cuenta, por que al conocerte tanto, practicamente de memoria, ve que no estas como siempre que estas mal o triste por que sabe perfectamente como sos, y es capas de darse cuenta que no estas bien auqnue te este riendo o llorando de la risa. Con un amigo jamas te sentis incomodo, te sentis como qe estar con una hermano, por que practicamente lo es. Un amigo siempre va de frente y te dice todo auqnue sepa que te va afectar, y te dice las cosas cuando sabe que se equivoco, pero nunca va hablar mal de vos atras tuyo, lo que te tenga que decirte lo va a decir sin pensar en que si te lo dice o no. La verdad que podria escribir mas y mas sobre lo que es un amigo por que personalmente tengo tres amigos que estan conmigo desde ya hace 15 y 10 años y la amistad que trabe con ellos es genial y me pasa todo lo que dije en este comentario, pase por peleas, enfrentamientos y muchas mas cosas pero la verdad que son geniales, cumplen muy bien su rol de amigos desde que los conosco que siempre estubieron y estan para lo que sea y nunca me voy a arrpentir de la amistad que les di por que ellos me dieron mas o la misma, es por esto que los quiero tanto y por el motivo que tengo semejante amistad. Igual una amistad no es por la cantidad de años, ya que que tambien trabe muy buena amistad con algunos amigos que los conosco hace tres años, por hay no tube tantos momentos, pero una amistad no se lleva por la cantidad de años.
